JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Preparation of feasibility design studies based on Client’s brief and Design guidelines. Developing master plans and architectural prototypes for mixed use projects.
- Proficient in providing innovative Concept designs and reports in coordination with the various design disciplines
- Develop the Architectural design drawings in Schematic, Design Development and Working Drawings, Specifications, Tender drawings/ documents and Contract drawings/ documents for assigned projects and obtain approvals.
- Estimates project(s) needs, schedules and manage CAD Technicians
- Co-ordinates with other departments for over all progress of the project
- Assist the Quantity Surveyor department for the preparation of Preliminary cost estimates.
REQUIREMENTS
University Qualifications: Bachelor in Architecture
Nature and length of previous experience: Min. 12 years experience in UAE
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Excellent written and spoken English
Language Fluency: English
