We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in UAE-Dubai. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of luxury villas, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and innovation. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of luxury villas from concept to completion, ensuring that each project aligns with the client's vision and meets all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop innovative and sustainable architectural solutions that elevate the standard of luxury living.
- Manage and mentor a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction activities to ensure that the architectural design is executed according to the plans and specifications.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in architectural design, incorporating new ideas and technologies into project designs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants to address any design-related issues and ensure that the project progresses smoothly and efficiently.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
