This production and implementation-oriented role requires a skilled and focused professional to support development of Parsons expanding Asset Management services within the Middle East.

The candidate will support the development and delivery of asset management services including asset management system deployment, support of inspection and asset inventory activities, implementing asset performance metrics, and analyzing total asset lifecycle risk and expenditure data to propose improved asset management activities and mid-term capital plans.

Potential clients include government, local agencies and authorities, and commercial clients.

The role will focus on the implementation of Asset Management consultancy and engineering services. A proven capability to support multiple projects is a plus. Established knowledge and experience in implementing Asset Management activities is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the development and delivery of Asset Management projects within the MEA region.

Asset management delivery responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development of asset management policies, procedures and standards; supporting implementation of these asset management activities including guiding inspections, asset inventory activities, asset data analysis, and asset reporting; and supporting the development of asset management related outreach and project delivery documents.
