Description

* Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable back-end systems supporting macro trading operations.
* Engage with trading desk personnel to understand their requirements and deliver tailored technological solutions.
* Work with DevOps and platform teams to automate deployment processes and ensure a streamlined delivery pipeline.
* Contribute to system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for system reliability and scalability.
* Maintain servers for optimal performance and deploy applications across various environments.

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 10 years of backend development experience, with a focus on trading systems.
* Proficient in API development and familiar with RESTful, SOAP, or gRPC protocols.
* Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
* Strong understanding of system administration tasks, network protocols, socket programming, and low-latency systems.
* Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
* Solid foundation in finance and macro trading principles
