JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job:
- Brainstorm, conceptualize and develop designs to the finished product
- Experiment and brainstorm innovation and learning
- Meet with clients and present/sell creative clearly and confidently
- Planning & organization of incoming and outgoing deliverables for assigned projects
- Supervise print production
- Support useful debate and disagreement
- Help train and develop designers and junior designers
- Ability to review and improve creative briefs
- Demonstrate pride in performance, service, innovation and quality

Typical week
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with creative team to develop ideas based on client's needs
- Conceptualize and develop designs to a finished product
- Meet with Creative Director to report on the status of current projects
- Present internal reviews with Client Servicing team
- Pitch concepts to clients

REQUIREMENTS

As a Senior Creative you should ideally have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience working within reputable brand/design agencies, and have a solid portfolio of graphic design and brand identity behind you.

You must be a strong conceptual thinker and demonstrate engaging communication skills both internally and externally. An enthusiastic approach towards every project, with a desire to constantly strive to produce better work are essentials for this role.
