Taylor Sterling is an independent recruitment consultancy based in Dubai. Our client is a global contractor responsible for creating landmark buildings, they are known for innovative thinking and a positive approach which creates a unique service for their client’s individual needs.
Our client is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst who will work as part of a global applications support team. The roles focus will be in global reporting and the chosen candidate will be required to define and develop reports.
Scope of works:
• To support the HR, Finance and operational systems and processes
• Create reports in IFS, HFM, and Workday
• Analyse and document current and future business processes
• Investigate issues and requests
• Document and test enhancements in systems
• Manage Dubai based systems analysis in application support
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Bachelors Degree in relevant field
• Strong technical report writing skills, ideally within HR and finance systems
• Experience in managing a team
• Experience documenting business requirements
• System implementation or support experience
• Confident in liaising with other team across locations and time zones
