Senior Business Analyst - Airfield Systems
The team provides and supports the systems that glue the business together. That means maintaining all IT from the most basic desktop support to the most complex flight information systems. As importantly, they're game changers for the industry. They bring us smart developments and advanced processes which revolutionize what we do.
What you'll deliver
- Liaise with the stakeholders to manage the business analysis, translating high level business requirements into detailed solution design documentation.
- Plan system test and system rollout for assigned Dubai Airports Group business units and associated projects.
- Be a SME in airfield systems domain and maintain a deep awareness on working of business operation.
- Help stakeholders explore technology possibilities to effectively execute their roles.
- You will support multiple and highly complex or critical business processes/systems design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business
REQUIREMENTS
What you bring
- Should be a minimum of Bachelor's Degree holder preferably in Business Administration/ Computer Science/Engineering.
- PMP, ITILv3 Foundation qualifications would be preferable.
- At least 8 year's IT experience, covering requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, end user testing across business applications in airport airfield systems domain.
- Experience in business analysis and system testing using structured methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of airport, airfield, ground handling operations and planning and demonstrable experience in delivering systems in an operational environment.
- Ability to produce, review and interpret operational data to aid decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, time management, & problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and can translate and map business requirements to software systems.
