JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Lead business development initiatives to identify and secure new project opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's projects and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Clients and industry partners.
• Oversee the design and build process, ensuring projects meet client specifications.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and projects.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Participate in Client meetings and site visits as needed. Past experience with working with business development teams.
• Analyze and evaluate costing/estimation for bid construction projects in accordance with client requirements, in coordination with estimation department.
• Identify potential solutions to optimize the clients requirements ( Value Engineering Alternatives etc )
Requirements:
Experience:• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development/ estimation within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of the Dubai /GCC markets.
• Understanding of all types of industrial projects preferred.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software is added value.
• Understanding of structural analysis and design principles: Including specific regulations like DM, TRAKHEES, and DDA.
• Experience with cost estimation and budgeting tools.
Salary:
AED
13,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
