As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth and foster strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets to expand the company's customer base.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build relationships within the industry.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.


We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Executive with a proven track record in the freight forwarding or the logistics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. The role requires a combination of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship-building skills to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the freight forwarding industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business development plans.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
