JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Up to AED 30,000 per month + Annual Benefits
One of the GCC’s largest FMCG Manufacturing Company is looking to recruit a technically qualified and experienced Senior Procurement for Grain Category that will responsible to create concrete and continuous savings in total cost.
Job Overview:
-Daily interaction with existing suppliers and hunting for new alternative raw materials to reduce the cost.
-Implementing material planning strategies.
-Survey and constantly keep watch on price frequencies in the market.
-Monitor supplier delivery performance, forecast accuracy.
-Liaise with suppliers on the daily operations and supplier performance.
-Inventory control through the various methods.
-Purchase and trading of all raw materials & commodities.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Qualifications:
-Minimum 8 years management experience in buying grains.
-Must have knowledge of Grain Trading.
-Must have exposure in multinational FMCG Company.
-Must have a University Degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline.
-Purchasing Management Professional Certification is a plus.
-Knowledge of foreign import/export regulations and procedures.
-Strong knowledge of the best practices and tools in procurement.
