Employment: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Commercial Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure business profitability while maintaining strong and positive client relationships. The Senior Commercial Executive will also play a key role in developing selling strategies, reviewing commercial contracts, and leading a team of junior sales or commercial professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring profitability while fostering long-term, positive relationships.
• Continuously monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing strategic insights to adapt and refine commercial strategies.
• Oversee the review and approval of commercial contracts, ensuring that all agreements align with company standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies that maintain healthy profit margins while ensuring market competitiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and support junior commercial team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring their success in sales and client management.
• Utilize TEJARI e-supply and similar platforms effectively to monitor, track, and submit commercial tenders in the UAE market.
• Proactively generate new business inquiries, prepare accurate and competitive quotations, conduct price checks and negotiations with suppliers, and ensure timely submission of product samples.
• Organize and attend client meetings, provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and ensuring effective follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
• Liaise and collaborate with a broad range of customers, colleagues, and suppliers, both locally and internationally, to secure the best quality medical products and competitive pricing.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Senior Commercial Executive or in a similar commercial sales role within the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of using TEJARI e-supply and similar programs in the UAE.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of driving sales and managing key client relationships.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on profitability and growth.
