Overview

This is an exciting, tax-free opportunity for permanent residential staff roles in the UAE, offering a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm. Position summary

We are looking for a Senior Construction Engineer to take a leading role in offshore project execution, supporting and guiding Construction Engineers while reporting to the Offshore Construction Manager.

Key responsibilities

Support Offshore Construction Manager in developing offshore execution strategies and plans.

Lead constructability reviews and optimise offshore installation costs.

Oversee procurement requirements and ensure material readiness.

Provide input for weekly and monthly reports and attend client meetings.

Liaise with third-party agencies, surveyors, and subcontractors.

Conduct HSE and quality audits, supporting continuous improvement.

Coordinate offshore schedules, mobilization and demobilization, and subcontractor performance.

Support project close-out documentation and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Naval preferred).

Minimum 6 years of offshore construction experience.

Excellent communication, reporting, and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of offshore operations, personnel, and equipment.

Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
