Responsibilities

The key objectives for this role are:

• Supervising and coordinating electrical and instrumentation construction activities to ensure they align with project specifications and timelines.
• Ensuring all E&I construction work meets high-quality standards and complies with industry regulations.
• Efficiently managing resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize project outcomes.
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.
• Tracking project progress and making adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise during construction to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or equivalent degree in engineering from an accredited university/college is desired or equivalent level site experience in similar roles.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry (offshore/onshore) with comprehensive hands-on experience in construction engineering.
• Good HSE awareness and commitment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good technical team and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions in planning, organizing, and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems. Experience with contractors and worldwide suppliers, in particular those involved in the construction of major oil and gas facilities.
