JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The Senior Consultant position is responsible for overseeing the financial management and administrative functions of the organization’s budget related to certain business areas. This role ensures that operational activities are efficient and effective, aligning with the organization’s policies and strategic objectives. This role provides leadership that will handle the allocation of the budget to various business areas: academic conferences, public programs, and the organization’s administrative needs. The annual budget is expected to be AED 4 million.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management or a related field. Experience in managing academic conferences and public programs will be preferred.
• 4-5 years of progressive experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
