Your opportunity

Leading business transformation for high profile, complex and large capital programmes:

- The Infrastructure and Capital Projects (I&CP) team within Deloitte's Consulting Practice works with organizations to help them set up and improve the performance of their capital projects through: setting up effective delivery organizations, transforming project controls, establishing effective governance and reporting arrangements, selecting appropriate delivery models and harnessing emerging technologies.
- Our work spans a number of sectors including: Transport, Infrastructure, Power and Utilities, Oil and Gas, and Defense and we have helped clients to deliver some of the world's iconic and complex programs such as Crossrail and the London Olympics.
- Our diverse team is made up of people who have industry experience of delivering capital projects (engineers, project managers, commercial and cost managers) and those who have prior Consulting experience. This collective understanding of what it takes to successfully delivery a major capital project enables us to provide deep industry insights and experience to our client's problems.

Your role:

- We are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants to join our team that is based in Dubai, but works across the Middle East and internationally.

You can expect to be involved with:

- Supporting our clients in setting up and delivering large capital programs (including the development of target operating models, project management arrangements, stage-gate processes, capability assessments, asset information and reporting, and governance structure and controls).
- Supporting business development activities and building client relationships to grow the capital programs team.
- Contributing to the development of our propositions and industry points of view
- Help foster a sense of community within the I&CP team, and be involved with community initiatives.
- Your responsibilities will flex depending on the size and nature of engagements, expertise within the project team and client requirements.
