JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Change International is searching for an experienced Leadership and Talent professional for their client in Dubai.
In this role experienced consultants will typically have proven expertise within the Leadership & Talent area (capability assessment, leadership transformation or talent management). They are able to effectively utilize an internal and external network enabling effective self-management. At this level, it is anticipated that consultants not only add value through their own bottom line, but utilize their knowledge to support broader commercial effectiveness through project/client/team or technical management and contribute to the effective operational management of the business.
REQUIREMENTS
•Likely to have 5-10 years experience in either a role as an in-house learning and development specialist or consultant with a specialism in leadership development and / or assessment.
•Good first degree from a reputable university
•Post-graduate qualification in a field related to occupational psychology
•BPS Level A and B accreditations in occupational testing
•A proven track record of assessing and developing leaders would be expected
•Experience of capability assessment and/or leadership transformation and/or talent management
•Ideally a track record of at least 1 year of operating in such roles in the Middle East
•Extensive business experience showing clear progression
•Line or project management/‘people’ experience
•Preferably consulting (internal/external) experience
•Fluent English and Arabic
