JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The opportunity
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking senior contracts and commercial manager to join our established and growing team in UAE.
The role will manage a team of commercial managers in managing the commercial function of a major development. You will establish procedures/processes in a PMO environment to effectively manage multiple consultants/contractors on a major masterplan development.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing project cost and commercial functions ensuring that all project reporting, cash flow, budgets and forecasts comply with the client requirements.
• Working alongside the senior management team in the development, implementation and management of the commercial procedures.
• Managing the procurement and commercial management of all pre and post-contract stages of the project which will be awarded to local and international consultants and contractors.
• Directing and motivating a multi-cultural team and ensuring all commercial objectives are delivered.
REQUIREMENTS

• With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
• You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
• You will have a construction or cost consultancy or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
