JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A leading regional law firm with international expertise based in Dubai with the presence of 9 offices in six countries are looking for a Senior Corporate Associate to join one of the corporate teams in Dubai office.
As Senior Associate to work on complex joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and other related corporate commercial work.
Salary:
AED
35,000 to 50,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in commercial and corporate laws
• 10+ years PQE
• Western-educated and experience
• Experience in the management of matters and clients
• Excellent communication skills; and
• The ideal candidate will have experience in the GCC.
Salary depending on the level of experience.
