JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
On behalf of a Global Client - Hays Dubai are working on this very exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Advisor to join a growing team.
The main focus of position is Service towards customers and ownership of the customs, importation and compliance related matters in the region. The person is closely connected with customer´s buyer, master data and logistics team. Independent management of customers orders, deliveries, invoicing, financial documents exchange and customer and consumer claims handling. Launch and promo excellent execution. Close cooperation with Sales department and responsibility to solve ad hoc issues with deliveries. The mutual responsibility with Sales to deliver forecasting SBU KPI.
The person is also in close connection with range of internal and external stakeholders and functional experts handling customs and compliance topics in order to ensure staying on top frequent changes and updates happening in the region. This being senior position, it requires also involvement of the person in various projects and core processes to support Operations Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
• 4-6 years experience within supply chain (ideally in customer service, preferably in multinational company)
• Experience with overall responsibility for Customs, Importation and Compliance matters with International company within MENA region
• Prior experience working for 1 of the big international freight forwarder is highly welcomed
