Senior Customer Service Representative - Al Futtaim Logistics

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our growing team within Al Futtaim Logistics. The main purpose of the role is to ensure all customer requirements are managed and planned for operations, and other internal departments within the agreed service levels, and all free zone rules and regulations are adhered to.

The main responsibilities of the role are to achieve defined KPI targets; the overseeing of inbound and outbound system functionality; inbound and outbound documentation; Customer Service - the increasing of customer confidence in dealing with Al Futtaim Logistics; Inventory control - PI counts and subsequent system transaction, nil pick checks and quarantine products.

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree educated compulsory
- 1 year experience in similar role
- Knowledge in MS office and preferably in any WMS system
