JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
EnRJ Partners is looking to identify a Senior Design Manager to work for a reputable Consultancy in the Gulf, to manage the development of functional designs for several projects in line with quality standards, client and statutory requirements.
- Supporting in building market intelligence through engagement of clients, and building a network of contacts.
- Effectively confers and coordinates across company divisions, regions, and territories to support, discuss, and advise in matters occurring in other projects.
- Will ensure efficient achievement from inception through completion of project (s).
- For projects, recommending strategies to ensure that financial, time and quality KPI targets are met.
- Contributing to setting key performance indicators (financial, client, operations,)
- Providing guidance and assisting in the training and development of staff.
- Contributes to setting and updating QA & IMS documentation and systems for efficient project management operations.
- Promotes vision and mission statements throughout discipline area.
REQUIREMENTS
- 15+ year Post graduate experience - international Consultants experience required. Healthcare experience essential
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s level – desirable.
- Eligible to register to professional body (Origin/Local) - desirable.
- Experience with Data Management Systems – required (Deltek, SharePoint, HR.Net) – Advantageous.
- Ability of completing multiple standard projects and large scale projects.
- Demonstrated ability of Managing a large sized team.
