Position Title: Senior Designer - Pre Construction Service
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 16K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus annual bonus

About the Client:
A global supplier of sustainable aluminum window, door, and façade systems in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Prepare concept proposal drawings covering company systems, including windows, doors, sliding, and curtain wall solutions.
• Coordinate with PCS team members to align design intent and project requirements.
• Review architectural drawings to identify potential design challenges and propose value-engineering options.
• Stay continuously up to date with the latest company systems and solutions.
Requirements:
• 40 years old and below• Atleast 3 years’ experience in façade/system design (aluminum doors, windows, sliding, curtain wall) with strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM
• Must have a solid understanding of design detailing, fabrication requirements, and façade performance principles, with familiarity in European system suppliers
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a reliable, collaborative, and proactive approach to problem-solving
Salary:
AED
15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
