REQUIREMENTS
* Ideally someone who has created Data Analytics teams from scratch.
* 15+ years of in-depth experience in data analytics, data visualization and data design.
* 5+ years of managerial experience
* Experience in developing strategy and policy to support a growing data culture.
* Experience of developing and creating departmental strategy, service plans and information polices.
* Experience of leading a large data analytics department.
* Excellent business judgement, analytic and problem-solving skills, with experience applying these skills to analyse large, complex and multi-dimensional data sets
* Strategic thinker and problem solver who is willing to roll up his/her sleeves.
