JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The role also involves the management of budgets and costs as well as a true understanding of local culture and diplomacy, as you will be responsible for a diverse team of 25 in total. You will be a strong leader and capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks on a daily basis. Overseeing the IT, Finance and HR Team you will have a clear vision to take projects and the organisation into the future in every aspect in terms of profit, PR, market perception and staff engagement. Ensuring that all departments are meeting KPIs and efficiencies you will be a confident business focused individual in every aspect, who is able to see the bigger picture and implement new standards, protocols and procedures in accordance with the most senior of people within the organisation. As this is a diverse company you will be involved in many governmental initiatives, humanitarian aid and globally viewed projects.

REQUIREMENTS

In order to be considered for this role you must be an excellent people manager with tact and diplomacy at all times and a positive can do attitude. A great deal of flexibility is also required to ensure the highest of standards from all employees at all times. Ideally those with 10 years’ experience in a similar role within a Governmental or NGO organisation will be considered.
