Charterhouse is working with a thriving Wealth Management firm who are aiming to grow their DIFC office with experienced and proven Private Bankers and Senior Directors in order to further solidify themselves as a top wealth management institution in the region. They have experienced significant success in recent years and are now trying grow from a position of strength.
Our client’s goal is to build on their consistent yearly growth and increase revenue generated in the region, so the incoming Bankers should have a track record of opening accounts for private clients in a Private Bank. The main focus will be adding people to the team who are adept in building relationships with HNI and UHNI. The Senior Director of Private Banking should be comfortable in providing expert investment advice to clients from a variety of backgrounds and risk appetites, as this role will not be limited to working with one specific market. Our client provides excellent back and middle office support, so the Private Bankers have the freedom to identify and onboard new clients in order to increase their revenue generation.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have at least 8 years of experience working in a Private Bank or EAM as a main point of contact for UHNI clients and should be comfortable dealing with this level of clientele, and will ideally have a large network of clients who could potentially be onboarded as clients. The ideal candidate should have vast experience in another Private Bank in the region so that the transition is as smooth as possible. This is also an opportunity to grow with the business, as they are about to expand the team and the office space, so the successful candidate could lead their own team of bankers in the near future.ABOUT THE COMPANY
