JOB TITLE: Senior Engineer - Construction (HVAC)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Verify installation in line with approved manufacturers installation procedures and project requirements.
- Ensure the leak test limits and required materials are included on the design drawings when issued IFC, if required.
- Prepare a detailed HVAC plan for each building based on material delivery dates and Subcontractor resource mobilization.
- Ensure availability of HVAC components such as Air Handling Unit, other skid mounted units, piping, ducts and supports, dampers, louvers, and insulation
- Ensure that necessary certification for materials are available for HVAC components.
- Review HVAC IFC documents and resolve discrepancies, raise technical queries for clarifications on IFC deliverables in coordination with field engineering team
