Senior Executive Officer

Job Summary:
The Senior Executive Officer (SEO) is responsible for leading and managing the strategic and operational functions of the organization in alignment with DFSA regulations and policies. The SEO will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee governance frameworks and drive the entity’s growth while maintaining the highest financial and operational standards.This role is open to candidates from India also with extensive experience in financial services and regulatory frameworks, looking to relocate to Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with DFSA guidelines.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with DFSA regulations, policies and applicable laws governing financial services entities.
- Governance & Risk Management: Develop and implement effective governance and risk management frameworks.
- Business Development & Sales: Identify growth opportunities, lead initiatives, drive sales, foster client relationships and expand market presence while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring high performance, compliance and financial sustainability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, financial institutions and key stakeholders.
- Reporting & Oversight: Provide regular reports to the board and senior management on financial performance, compliance status and strategic initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high performing team to support business and regulatory objectives.

Requirements:

Salary:
AED 18,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
