JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Managing the daily onshore fabrication requirements for Client with the approved fabrication contractors.
• Administrate logistics related to transport, receipt, and delivery of materials and fabrications to nominated locations.
• Coordinate full Inspection checks – Welding, Dimension, & Painting on most delivered projects, review radiographs, including 3rd party certification agencies and independent competent bodies.
• Organize & lead annual external audits with regards to approved/contracted fabricators and prequalification audits for prospective additional fabrication companies.
• Monitor and report on monthly costs of issued fabrication purchase orders to financial department & relevant Project Engineer.
• Reviewing rigging arrangements, lift plans, lifting assemblies and load testing criteria.
• Reviewing invoices compliance to Service agreement or Tenders.
• Create purchase /release order(s) for approval for the final payment to the approved fabricators.

REQUIREMENTS

• Senior Fabrication Coordinator will be required to work both, remotely and at Client Main office.
• Bachelor's degree from required University.
• Knowledge in SAP, Naviswork and Operating Systems.
• Project Management, Detailed Engineering, International code & standards etc.
