JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A Leading Property Management Company is looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager. The role will involve the day to day management of TFM for two mixed use towers. You will be responsible for liaising with all tenants. You will be expected to run all the technical contracts and ensure everything runs smoothly

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will come from a strong Fm background and have a good technical background and qualifications.
You must also possess excellent man management skills and contract negotiation skills.
