JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Work with senior managers to efficiently develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information, and ensure contract compliance and reporting.
• Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.
• Oversee operations by coordinating with external agencies (ex: payroll, benefits, recruitment) and internal staff responsible for other aspects of HR.
• Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, APR status, keep management team updates.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and Auditing standards. Should be able to guide finance team and carry out all such task connected internal & external audit, tax filling etc.

Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationals
• 45 years old and below
• Minimum of 10 years proven experience in accounting and financial management practice; 5 years of which in UAE and within Real Estate industry,
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices followed in UAE.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP, Oracle Netsuite)
• Certified Public Accountant a plus
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
