Senior Financial Analyst to Support Corporate Finance Manager and Group Head - Corporate Finance in Capital raising, Treasury and Cash flow management, feasibility studies, presentations, financial analysis, Tax and Business Planning
Client Details
Our client is one of the leading social infrastructure developers in Abu Dhabi - this role would sit within their corporate finance team.
Description
* Support in the development of long-term business planning process, feasibility studies
* Working closely with the FP&A team, develop and/or maintain dynamic financial models with sensitivity and scenario analysis projecting 5 to 10-year financial statements
* Assist in dealings and negotiations with banks for debt raise, and the subsequent documentation and cash flow management
* Play a key role in the implementation of the upcoming Corporate Income tax
* Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance per school /business unit, providing trends and developing forecast models
* Provide input to key macro-economic data such as market benchmarks and demographic statistics, that are used as regular inputs to feasibility studies and business plan
* Monitor and analyze competitors' initiatives and performance.
* Assist in the development and managing the company's Capital allocation structure, and Cost of Capital exercises
* Organize and file key business documentation and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential

REQUIREMENTS
* 4-8 years of experience within a similar role
* Able to relocate to Abu Dhabi
* Advanced excel skills with proven financial modelling experience
* Excellent analytical capabilities and hands-on experience in MS Office presentations
* Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills
* Experience in the Education sector is desirable but not mandatory
* Interpersonal skills
* Ability to liaise effectively with business functions in order to collect input required for analysis
* Ability to be detail & focused when required whilst maintaining sight of the big picture
* Deadline oriented and take ownership of work
