JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a large Real Estate Developer based in Dubai with a strong pipeline of development projects concentrating on iconic high rise towers. They have enjoyed steady growth since inception, despite difficult economic conditions, and have a healthy land bank with planned projects and projections going forward.
This Dubai based role is to work closely with the Investment Director as a Senior Financial Analyst, involving negotiating with clients from a variety of backgrounds across the Middle East and Eastern Europe. You would be tasked with financial analysis and financial modeling using advanced Excel tools; modeling and negotiating financial scenarios and solutions with customers; directly interfacing with customers and taking ownership of client relationships on specific cases. This is an exciting role for professionals who thrive in an environment where client contact and financial analysis are required in tandem.
REQUIREMENTS
- MUST be either an Arabic speaker OR Russian speaker
- Strong negotiation skills
- Highly numerate
- A Corporate or Retail banking background would be an advantage
- Advanced Excel abilities, ideally with strong Access
