JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
• Develop and implement HR and admin policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes and handle employee relations issues and conflicts, including mediation and counselling
• Maintain employee records and documentation, including payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations
• Oversee office management tasks, including vendor management, facility management, and inventory control
Requirements:
Position Title: Senior HR and Admin ManagerEmployment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
• 35 years old and below
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in HR and admin management; 3 years of which must be in the UAE
• Experience organizations with 50 or more employees is preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
• Experience with ERP systems and processing UAE entry permits and visas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software
