JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

A leading Architectural Consultancy firm is currently looking out for a Sr. HR and Admin Supervisor capable of handling the following duties and responsibilities:

HR: Good experience in HR generalist functions which include:
• Recruitment –Capable to handle the end to end functions of hiring process and filling up the vacant positions by selecting and shortlisting quality candidates.
• Employee relations – Supporting employees on all employee related queries by having a frequent communication with the Management and the employees.
• Payroll processing - good experience of processing payroll on HRMS.
• Government relation functions - To coordinate with PROs and act as a point of contact for all employees related to related queries.

Administration: Good experience in general administrative responsibilities which include:
• To oversee the efficient operations of front office reception.
• To guide and supervise office assistants for overall cleanliness of the office, pantries, work stations, conference rooms, libraries, toilets and office store.
• To oversee as well as monitor the drivers schedules and assign them the daily tasks for efficient execution of their tasks such as the submission and delivery of documents, collection of documents and cheques, staff transportation for meetings any other requests from departments etc.
• To ensure that the fleets cars are monitored with timely renewal of registrations along with insurance, timely maintenance repairs and cleanliness.
• To ensure the timely purchase of kitchen and pantry items as per the approved lists for the offices to have adequate supplies.
• To maintain record of all the Company’s Trade Licenses, Contracts of the Company and ensure to renew them in time.
• To ensure implementation of the ISO systems as required by the Company and to coordinate for the renewal of ISO before expiry date.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate/Post-graduate from a reputed College. Excellent writing and speaking skills in English. Any additional language proficiency is an advantage. Those who are capable to lead a small team of HR Assistants are suitable for this role.

8 - 10 years with minimum 3 years from UAE, Holder of UAE license preferred.

Those who can start immediately will be preferred.
