NTS Group are working exclusively alongside a leading distribution company in the UAE to recruit an HR Generalist & TA Specialist for Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

The primary purpose of the position will revolve around the Talent Acquisition side, however there will be on-boarding and other HR related projects to become involved with.

- Advising stakeholders on steps of the recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct job briefing/recruitment meetings with Hiring Managers.
- Sourcing internal and external candidates according to relevant job criteria, mining databases, networking, internet recruitment activities, cold calling, media and employee referrals.
- Pre-screening resumes and utilizing recruitment tools and systems to track all candidate information and ensuring compliance.
- Interviewing candidates by phone and face-to-face.
- Conducting thorough screening of candidates to obtain relevant job related information including but not limited to work history, skills, abilities, education and motivation.
- Presenting a shortlist with recommendations to Human Resources Managers and Hiring Managers.
- Create and communicate status reports for hiring managers in support of the recruitment process.
- Support and advise HR Managers and Hiring Managers with candidate information for offer letters.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
