JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

My client based in Dubai are looking to recruit a Senior HR Manager to provide HR support and guidance on all areas of HR across a large employee group. Do you have a passion for people, contributing to leading HR agendas and working within a fast paced environment? Remit

* Develop HR policies and procedures
* Be a trusted advisor, providing a HR Business partnering approach
* Supports senior management team with strong HR guidance
* Provides recruitment and retention strategies
* Implements rewarding policies and strategies
* Reviews the training and development programme
* Manages recruitment / hiring activities and internal
* Experience of supporting transformation projects
* Support and develop HRIS systems

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate

* You will have 8 - 10 years experience of operation at Senior HR Manager level within fast paced MNC environments.
* You will have excellent verbal/written communication skills.
* You will demonstrate solid HR Business partnering skills with strong HR project experience.
* Experience of working within a large matrix organisation advantageous.

Salary and Benefits

* 40,000AED to 50,000AED monthly
