JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Charterhouse is working with a construction business unit for a group of companies based in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire a Head of HR for the construction arm, reporting to the CEO.
You will head up workforce planning of large scale projects (1,000 plus staff) as well as be responsible for HR leadership and strategy, organisational development and the recruitment of senior and technical staff. In addition, you will manage talent development and performance management together with ongoing reviews of HR practices.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should have previous HR experience within the construction sector and have worked for a company providing support or consultancy on large scale projects. It is essential that you are Degree educated with recent UAE experience.
