JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client is looking for a Senior HRBP for their offices in Dubai. They are looking for a strong character, who thrives working in a fast paced environment. This is a stand alone role and you will work alongside other senior managers in the company. They are looking for someone who can take their Human Resources function to the next level.
The role:
• You will be a member of the senior management team in the business
• This will be a stand-alone role
• Hands on
• Working on policies and procedures
• Your role will be to take Human Resources to the next level within the business
• Initially the role will focus on recruitment and employee engagement
• You will be a natural leader
• Working in a fast paced and ever evolving environment
• You will help to restructure the organisational charts
REQUIREMENTS
Must haves:
• Fluent English and Arabic speaker
• Must be based in Dubai
• Must have experience in Retail, FMCG, Beauty or Pharmaceutical industries
• HR specific qualification
• Strong character
• 10+ years Human Resources experience
