JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Concept Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Interior Concept Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process from concept development to execution, working closely with clients, architects, and project managers to bring visions to life. You will collaborate with our talented team of designers, overseeing and mentoring junior designers, and ensuring that the design concepts align with our clients' requirements and brand identity. This is a senior-level role that requires exceptional design skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from initial concept development to final execution.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create innovative and visually stunning interior design concepts that meet client expectations and align with project goals.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring that design standards and project deadlines are met.
• Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure the accurate implementation of design concepts.
• Keep abreast of the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support business development activities, including preparing design proposals and attending client meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on concept design for workspace, commercial and hospitality projects in UAE.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering high-quality interior design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture selection.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are a MUST
