JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a Senior range Creative interior designer with experience in commercial projects.
The right candidate will be In-charge of creative concept design presentations, General set of drawings, FF&E selection and client presentations.
REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must have experience in Commercial project (offices CAT A / CAT B, Retail, F&B)
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to work closely with clients
• Must have knowledge in managing a team of interior designer, 3d visualiser, CAD operator
• Must be able to review all sets of drawings of the team onboard
• Proficiency in Autocad - min. 5 years
• Excellent time management skills
• Coordinating with Interior design team, creative director and client.
• Candidate must be strong in concepts designs, sketches is a plus
• Candidate must have knowledge with FF&E suppliers (wall finishes & textures, floor finishes, FF&E, acoustic ceilings etc..)
Candidates with a commercial interior design portfolio will be considered.
