Job description:
House of Aida, an esteemed Italian interior design and fit-out company, has been crafting luxurious residential and commercial spaces in Dubai since 2016. Renowned for our commitment to elegance and excellence, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Interior Design Project Manager to join our creative team.
As an Interior Design Project Manager at House of Aida, you will play a central role in overseeing projects from conception to completion. This position involves working closely with Russian-speaking clients to understand their vision, approving material samples, and coordinating effectively with our design team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and open communication throughout the project
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure the client's vision is accurately translated into design concepts.
• Approve material and finish samples in accordance with the client's preferences and project requirements.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Provide leadership and support to the design team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in project management within the interior design industry.
• Preferable to know Russian, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
