We are seeking an experienced Senior IP Lawyer to join a leading law firm in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex intellectual property matters in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing strategic legal advice to a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of intellectual property law including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- Draft, review, and negotiate IP agreements, licenses, and contracts.
- Manage IP litigation and dispute resolution processes effectively.
- Conduct IP due diligence and advise on risk management strategies.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop IP strategies aligned with their business objectives.
- Stay up to date with changes in IP laws and regulations locally and internationally.
- Mentor and guide junior lawyers and legal staff within the team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law with specialization in Intellectual Property or equivalent.
- Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdictions, preferably UAE.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in IP law within a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong knowledge of UAE and international IP laws and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience handling complex IP litigation and transactional matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and work under pressure.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused with strong analytical skills.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
