JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Prepares, designs and presents high quality landscape concept drawings.
- Prepares technical design packages through to tender.
- Administers project contracts.
- Liaises with juniors and plan, program and delegate within the team structure.
- Coordinates with other relevant disciplines such as Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects.
- Provides high level liaison with Clients and Clients representatives.
- Prepares contracts within budget requirements and provide accurate costing information to the client or quantity surveyors.
- Develops maintenance plans for completed sites.
- Maintains affiliations with professional societies to keep abreast of technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 10 years relevant landscape design experience in land developments, road, and infrastructure works in public and private sectors.
- At least 3 years landscape concept and detailed designing experience in Middle East in an engineering consulting firm.
