The Company

My client is looking for a Senior Learning and Development Manager to join a leading HR function. This a global business who lead the way within the oil and gas sector.

The Role

* You will be responsible for designing and leading key learning and development material, creating learning programmes, personal development assessment and succession plans.
* In addition to local projects you will contribute to global projects.
* Design deliver and develop key L & D programmes at both a strategic and operational level
* Evaluate the current training portfolio
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training delivered by managers
* Provide a consultant training approach
* Management development
* Pro-actively shape a learning culture

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate Requirements

* Candidates will have 12 years plus experience of creating and delivering L & D strategies and programmes.
* Candidates who have worked in Oil and Gas, Energy, Renewables, Water or utilities are preferred.
