JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, an international law firm, is currently looking for a Senior Legal Associate to work for their office in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Drafting transactional documents.
• Supervising junior associates.
• Liaising extensively with client.
• Drafting transactional documents

• Liaising extensively with client.
• Running completion.
• Corporate assistance for various corporate changes, including drafting all necessary corporate documents.
• Drafting various commercial contracts, including Introducer Appointed Representative agreements.
• Drafting Services Contract for customers of business.
• Drafting non-disclosure agreement and Terms and Conditions for contractors of business.
REQUIREMENTS
• A qualified lawyer with minimum 4 years of professional experience preferably with an international law firm
• Strong background in corporate and legal projects with at least a year of experience in managing a team
• Fluency in English is highly required
• Willing to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
