Description
* JVs, acquisitions, all forms of transactional corporate work
* Commercial contracts - review and negotiation
* Elements of compliance and governance
* Some involvement in budgets and broader strategic decisions

REQUIREMENTS
* Common Law qualified (ideally UK, US or Europe)

* Background knowledge of Financial Services
