Support and drive the activities for the upstream development in new geographies. Participate in M&A's, Joint Ventures, alliances and manage/prevent litigation and arbitration activities

Description
• Preparing Legal contracts for upstream/downstream projects
• Advising senior management on all legal contractual and commercial matters
• Participate in M&A's, Joint Ventures, alliances and manage/prevent litigation and arbitration activities
• Keep up to date with changes in laws pertaining to the Oil and Gas sector

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria
• Common Law Qualified Lawyer with over 10 years post qualifying experience
• At least 5 years recent experience in the Oil & Gas sector within the Middle East
• Handled new projects, ventures, partnerships as well as litigation and arbitration activities
• (Preferred) Working knowledge of projects in Iraq
