Charterhouse are working with a highly reputable regional Law Firm based in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire a 6 – 9 PQE Litigation Lawyer who has experience in handling complex High Court litigation cases within the UK jurisdiction to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team.

The Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for managing cases from inception to resolution, drafting precise and compelling legal documents, conduct thorough legal research, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, negotiate and settle disputes, and lead and collaborate with a team. They should also stay up to date with developments in UK legislation and court rules.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, you must be Common Law qualified Lawyer with a minimum of six years’ experience in UK High Court litigation. Exemplary drafting skills will be essential to lead and manage complex cases. Candidates based in the UAE are preferred, however, our client is willing to offer a relocation package for the right candidate.
