JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Senior Manager- Key Accounts- Integrated Facilities Management

Ideal candidate would have Integrated Facilities management experience of big projects valued(AED 8-200M) primarily soft services but not excluding hard services.
Solely responsible for analysis and maintenance of Commercial aspects of the projects . Responsible for maintaining client relationship and client retention. Be able to motivate the team performance and able to manage large teams efficiently. Be a pro at project analysis and Profit accountability.

Scope

To take the lead for the delivery of IFS including/or technical services, supporting the Operations Director. Actively contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the business, with a focus on FM and Technical Services delivery.

1. Commercial Management

• Develop the business growth of the FM account portfolio
• Assume commercial responsibility of the FM account portfolio
• Implicitly understand the commercial aspects of the FM contracts and monitor the management of the service to ensure delivery within the boundaries of the contracts
• Prepare a quarterly report with monthly operational data to support the review of the financial performance of the contracts
• Ensure that invoices are prepared, delivered and paid within DSO targets
• Report any variations to the contracts to the Director and ensure that these are reviewed and agreed with the customer
• Promote a Health & Safety focused environment
• Seek opportunities for continuous business improvement and deliver initiatives accordingly
• Monitor the financial performance of the FM contracts, ensuring that contracts are being delivered within budget and revenue is maximised
• Drive performance to ensure that the Annual Goals for the Business Unit are met
• Manage ongoing innovations for improved productivity

2. Technical Management

• Responsible for the delivery of IFS and Technical Services on the account.
• Responsible for the development and deployment of the strategy relating to Critical Environments, Sustainability and Energy. Maintain a Strategic Development Plan for all technical services areas.
• Evaluate proposed and required changes to technical services identifying financial, personnel and operational performance implications prior to confirmation and implementation of service changes and manage change process as appropriate.
• Ensure that the IFS team successfully completes scheduled technical activities and provide prompt and robust response to non planned activities in line with agreed Statement of Work.
• Support continuous development of technical maintenance strategy in line with, “Business Focused Maintenance” techniques

3. Customer Management

• Provide resolution to any issues that are escalated above Account Management level
• Build & maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure retention of business
• Maintain the relationship framework for the account to ensure working relationships at all levels of the business are in place and effective
• Explore further business opportunities with customers
• Attend client meetings, have good knowledge of site operations, encourage active improvements & provide feedback to clients

4. Staff Management

• Lead the Account Management team and develop it as required to ensure the operations run smoothly, within budget and that contribution targets are met
• Undertake site visits to view staff performance and discuss and resolve any issues raised by the customers regarding the quality of the service
• Hold team meetings, monthly or as required to ensure communication channels are open within the team
• Monitor the performance of the Account Managers through 1:1s, team meetings, quarterly reviews and reporting methods

5. Engineering and Critical Environments

• Lead the management of engineering incidents
• Lead regional environmental and energy initiatives
• Management and procurement of technical specialist contracts
• Ensure technical services are delivered in line with contractual requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Requires specialist knowledge of FM industry with high degree of initiative, creativity and wide scope for discretion
• 5 years experience working in the FM industry at senior level, preferably both supplier and client side.
• 10 years relevant technical (mechanical & electrical engineering) experience, preferably with exposure to Data Centre management. Engineering Degree - Bachelors , Excellent Communication Skills , Customer Service skills
