Senior Manager - International Franchising Operations - Retail F&B

Our client is a luxury F&B and Retail brand, with a growing global presence and a head office in Dubai. We are supporting their search for a senior franchising manager who will manage all international franchisees and global partners. The role will lead the operational support functions internationally and oversee all management teams in charge of franchised units. Operational excellence and ensuring compliance with global brand standards will be at the heart of this role, as well as building excellent relationships with global partners in order to achieve sales targets.

Candidates should come from a luxury brand background (international) and should have excellent experience managing a large portfolio of global franchise partners. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic brand during a pivotal period of international growth and development.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should come from an international luxury brand, either retail or F&B, with solid experience managing a global portfolio of franchisees. Operational excellence, training, relationship building, audit management and global brand standard delivery will all be major parts of the role and all applicants should have excellent experience in these areas
